Dreams do come true...
On August 1st, 2001, Dan Thach's vision
became a reality with the opening of BRIDGE English School.
His intention was to create a setting that would put students
at ease, letting them forget their fears of communicating
in English. From the lobby to living room and classroom
to sitting room, BRIDGE was designed to look like an American
home.
Home Sweet Home...
Many of the materials used to create the
look and feel of an American home were actually imported
from America, such as the soft peach-colored wallpaper,
the white-paneled doors and stone fixtures. Country-style,
hardwood oval-shaped tables enhance the classroom ambience
and help students see eye-to-eye with their teacher and
classmates as they laugh, learn and build relationships
with each other in English.
Relax...
Our goal is to make every student feel
special and welcome. When students enter BRIDGE, they are
warmly greeted by staff and invited to relax and chat before
class. Gentle background music and the soothing aromas of flavored New York coffee and herbal tea help set the mood
as they melt away the layers of stress and anxiety. Beautiful,
fresh floral arrangements and plants provide the final touches
to the "at-home" atmosphere and friendly feeling.
